OK, in '91 we take a step back in the technology of the newsletter.  KBob and I must not have been able to get together to compile the fancier one.  This is straight and to the point.  Oh yes, notice this one touts the affair as the 9th annual Gathering.  According to my calculations, we are only one year off as it actually was the 10th.  Oh well!

As an added feature, the snail mailing included this "State of the IOOK" note from our president.

Man!  There is a lot of news there - on the page and between the lines.  His reference to an IOOK member watching the war on TV from the safety of his ship was about his son, Bob Jr., WF0E on the Spruance.

Hmm, I wonder why Hoss was checking out Jerry's butt?  I believe this is the "Hoss Salute" which occurs when one's belly is really really full!  Thanks to N0BIX for the shots!
