N0BIX has resurrected some snap shots from the March Indy Mini Gathering from 1989. First we see the rabbit taking a ride over WA8ZWJ's head. Next is the gang watching KBob, W8JUK, show off his gall bladder incision in John , N5AAA and Jan's, KA9VQS, kitchen. Below WA8ZWJ is contemplating something on the wall while W8ED shows off his Maynard Fergusson T shirt. Bottom left shows a stressed out N5AAA on his deck. Finally, KBob, W8JUK, is attempting a double IOOK salute while Judy and WD8JPP look on from behind!
Next is a series of the IOOK doing what it is best known for - eating! Matt, N5AAA, W8JUK, KA8ZBV, Jill, Judy, WB9GLN and WA8ZWJ are shown below on the left with a second shot showing WB9GLN, WD8JPP, WA8ZWJ and W8ED waiting for a table at Beni Hanna's. Once we got seated, W8JUK and WB9GLN play the "hand in front of your face while the picture is taken" game. Big Tom, WD8JPP, plays with the chop sticks while Barbara, KA8UDV looks on and N8DRM has "that" grin on his face while Fast Eddie, W8ED, shows us all the proper way to hold the chop sticks. WA8ZWJ and N5AAA just smile and keep their thoughts to themselves. Har!
This final shot shows the gang lounging in the TV room after the big dinner!
