Another improvement was made to N8KXM's tower on 8/7/04. Lou added a side arm bracket and installed a dual band vertical antenna and a 6 meter vertical antenna. He had done his homework, having been up the tower the evening before and had run the coax in preparation for the climb. After finishing the tower work he drilled a couple of holes and we fed the coax into the shack and adjusted it to the proper length and installed coax connectors and everything worked just fine! As you can see, the weather was PERFECT! The severe clear blue sky was so bright that it almost hurt your eyes! Beautiful!
