KB8FJB's Crystal Chandelier Amateur Radio Studio

Big Al, KB8FJB, decided to enclose an operating room in his pole barn so he could take

advantage of some of the creature comforts that are available - like heating and cooling!  A number of

IOOK'ers sent in proposed floor plans for this undertaking.  It is my understanding that Big Al used

portions of several of the proposals to come up with his final design for the room.  You can see and hear

As you can see, the studio underwent many changes from start to finish.

Of course, all this would be worthless without something to squirt RF into.  Below see the

Force 12 Beam that is the heart of the station!

Congratulations to Big Al on a job well done!  I am sure you will enjoy the

creature comforts that the new studio will offer for many years to come!
