An IOOK First!

Here is a photo of a first for the IOOK! This photo was taken at the end of 2018 July ARRL Board of Directors meeting (July 20 & 21) in Windsor, CT with three IOOK Vice Presidents now serving on the ARRL Board of Directors in attendance.
