Greetings,

 

December 12th, 2003 will be remembered for many as heavy snow storm that started in the late afternoon and by rush hour it was creating havoc for motorists

 

Nevertheless, Kristin Hoffman and Aaron Van Nort’s wedding proceeded as planned.  Numerous friends and relatives braved the weather and road conditions to make it to Church of the Servant in Oklahoma City.  The processional started about 10 minutes late to allow the last ones to get seated, but the ceremony went smoothly.  Afterwards almost everyone stayed for the reception that included numerous deserts and a “chocolate fountain.”  By the time it was over there was approximately 6 inches of snow in the NW part of the city.

 

This morning at 6:00 am the happy couple left on a plane for their honeymoon in Estes Park, Colorado.  (More snow!)  They will be returning to Oklahoma City December 22^nd where they have established their home.
